The firm was established in 1994 by Mr. Eric Bousquet at the age of 21, when he purchased a passenger boat, the "Roussillon Languedoc", a wooden ship 15 metres in length and 4.20 metres wide.

The firm's activity was then centred around excursions and fishing for 3 months. In 1996, this former sportsman, grandson of an Italian fisherman, then decided to diversify his firm by offering excursions on the Canal du Midi as far as the Etang de Thau.
The classification by UNESCO as a world heritage site allows us to promote the site on a national – and even worldwide – level. The enthusiasm is such that the boat is now active fore 7 months of the year, from April to early November.
From 2000 onwards, the emphasis was laid on group advertising with various partners:

In 2003, the construction of a new passenger boat was launched, the "Millésime", which is more comfortable and better suited for cruising and fishing. The boat was built by the "Nouvelle vague" in Marseillan.

In 2005, when the Millesime was bought, the clients were delighted and the adventure continued!
In 2006, creation of an Internet site by Adrien Hildenfinck's Webady agency.
In 2008, the " Millesime" was lengthened by 5 metres by the " Nouvelle vague" shipyard. Technical characteristics:

- Engines: 2 x 220 hp
- Speed: 14 knots
- Propulsion: fore and aft
- Capacity: 127 3rd category passengers and 169 4th category passengers
